Indian Curry Challenge w/ Butter Chicken, Tikka Masala, & Lamb Korma!!

Dinner is served everybody, and this episode #17 features Taj Mahal Indian Restaurant in south Springfield, Missouri!! Taj Mahal is rated as one of the top Indian restaurants to go to for authentic Indian food in Springfield, MO and throughout southwest Missouri. I ordered 5 different Indian curry dishes plus a garlic naan and Kheer Indian rice pudding for dessert. I was most looking forward to trying their butter chicken curry, their paneer tikka masala curry, and their lamb korma curry. Served with rice. 2) Lamb Korma Curry - Pieces of lamb in delightfully spiced creamy sauce and nuts. Served with rice. 3) Paneer Tikka Masala - Cubes of homemade Indian cheese (paneer) cooked in cream sauce with spices. Served with basmati rice. Vegetarian. 4) Chana Masala - Garbanzo beans cooked in a special blend of spices. Served with basmati rice. Vegetarian. Spicy. 5) Shrimp Palak - Shrimps cooked with delicately creamed spinach. Served with basmati rice. 6) Garlic Naan - Naan stuffed with garlic and garnished with cilantro. 7) Kheer - Indian style rice pudding and nuts.
