DIY Lava Lamp | Sea Lemon

Supplies • Bottle (clear glass or plastic, any size) • Vegetable oil (or any cooking oil) • Water • Food color • Alka-Seltzer tablets (substitutes: Airborne or Pop Rocks) Directions Whatever your bottle size, fill it 3/4 of the way with cooking oil and then 1/4 of the way with water. Leave empty space on top to prevent over flow. Add 3-4 drops of food color. Drop an Alka-Seltzer tablet in the bottle (break in pieces if needed). ‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧ ❋ Alka-Seltzer Substitutes ❋ Airborne tablets will work as well, but they can be more expensive than Alka-Seltzer.
