Wagyu Tomahawk on Salt Crust! WHAT!?
After many types of steak experiment I finally tested the salt crust on a beautiful wagyu tomahawk steak. This steak is msb 4 and it is one of the most impressive steaks you will see. Cooking it on the salt crust for the first time was scary as this technique was new to me.
