Brutal "Brutus Buster" BBQ Brisket Burger Challenge!!

A&Z #1015 - Randy Santel vs the brutal "Brutus Buster" BBQ Brisket Burger Challenge w/ chili cheese fries hosted by Two Brothers Mining Co inside Kansas Crossing Casino in Pittsburg, Kansas. After canceling the rest of my planned Texas & Southwest USA Tour at the end of June 2021, I headed home and let my body rest and recover for about 1 month. Then I made the trip from Milwaukee, Wisconsin back to Springfield, Missouri so I could fully move the rest of my stuff out of my apartment I lived in while attending Missouri State University. I spent a week attempting 7 different food challenges within a reasonable driving distance from my apartment. For food challenge #6, I traveled over to Pittsburg, Kansas so I could attempt the popular Brutal "Brutus Buster" BBQ Brisket Burger Challenge hosted by Two Brothers Mining Co inside Kansas Crossing Casino. I had 30 short minutes to feast on two beef burger patties topped with American cheese slices plus 6oz portions of Two Brothers juicy pulled pork and smoked BBQ beef brisket. Two grilled cheese sandwiches serve as the buns and it is all topped with bacon and fried onion tanglers, surrounded by over 1.5lbs of fries topped with lots of homemade chili and a full ladle of queso cheese sauce. I was trying to become the 26th person to win my $30 bbq cheeseburger meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the "Brutus Buster" Wall of Chompions!!
