Reduce the fire and leave it to cook for 2 hours. Pound the mixture for 25 minutes and add a paste made of 3 types of lentils, and ghee and pound it more for 5 minutes. Ready to serve. Dunk in sugar syrup. Top with rabri (condensed milk), silver foil, splashed with saffron water, whole saffron, and chopped nuts.
