Sony Xperia XZ1 hands-on review

The Sony Xperia XZ1 is more of a flagship refresh than an entirely new phone. We've seen the camera sensor in the XZs, the screen resolution and size in the last five or six generations of Sony smartphones and the looped curve design in the last two. Look closer though and you soon realise, this thing is a unibody phone loaded up with a super-solid metal chassis. Add to that the brand new Snapdragon 835 under the hood - the most powerful and battery efficient chipset we've come across and 64GB storage, and if the price is right, it could be a worthy contender.
