Hey #TeamEverydayWarrior , as I am always saying: strong core is key to become that OVERALL FIT. This 15 MINS ABS / CORE routine you can put after one of your workouts, even before, or just whenever you feel like crushing some ABS/CORE. Instead of the 2,5 kg weights plate you could grab almost anything you find in your appartment (bottle of water, a heavier book). If you don t want to use any weights, that also totally fine. Every exercise you can also perform without any of equipment. Remember to maintain a proper form while doing every exercise.
