Welcome to your BOOST LEVEL 4 LEG WORKOUT! Your workout today challenges you to work for 2 rounds of 120 seconds. The first 30 seconds of work will be full range of motion, the second 30 seconds will be a pulse, the next 30 seconds will be a hold, and the last 30 seconds will be a hop or high intensity movement! I used my 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells so grab your dumbbells and your glute bands and let s CRUSH IT!
