She was given several rounds of chemotherapy in which she lost her hair, she endured a double mastectomy and reconstructive breast surgery. However, in an unbelievable twist of fate, Sarah was later told that doctors at the Royal Stoke University Hospital had made a mistake and she’d never had cancer at all.
