But it doesn’t necessarily have to mean that you need to sit all day long and only eat - that even can us make tired. To me it’s important to keep doing what I love the most and that is definitely: keep our bodies moving (also going for walks with your family can be amazing). ❤️ I hope to inspire you and your loved ones to DO this X-MAS WORKOUT (in the morning) that way you feel great and proud afterwards and can enjoy the holidays and all the good food even more to the fullest. 🍽 Let s meet on the mat. 💪🏻 Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness.
