Eating PANCITA MEXICANA?! Street Food in Coyoacan Mexico City | Exploring with Cody

Pancita Mexicana or Menudo. Cow Stomach Soup for you english speakers... is a Mexican Street Food I have seen in a lot of Mexico City markets. This country has some strange, weird, and crazy things to eat, and this one is not too hard to find. From what I heard, people either love it or hate it. It s history goes all the way back to the Spanish conquest, where the locals were given the scraps of left over meat to eat. They decided to make the best of it, and that was the birth of a lot of these stranger street foods in Mexico. Exploring with Cody and I found this Mexican specialty in the Mercado de Coyoacan, or Coyoacan food market. Here, you can find everything... street tacos, garnachas, pozole, pancita de res, and even sesos (brians) which we ate on Cody s channel. Having lived in Mexico City for almost a year, I had surprisingly not tried this Mexican snack, but I had seen it everywhere. Trying it is definitely one of the top things to do in Mexico. After making this video, I learned that maybe we had made a mistake... Are both of these flour? Or is one actually the real one? Mexico is so much more than just tacos.
