Iron Man Breakfast Omelet Challenge at Broken Yolk Cafe!!

Atlas vs Broken Yolk Cafe s 12-Egg Iron Man Breakfast Omelet Challenge at The Broken Yolk Cafe in Costa Mesa, California. On June 5, 2019, I began my 2019 Summer Adventures and stop #6 was the Southern California area so I could take on a few delicious food challenges all around Los Angeles and San Diego. For final challenge #7, I decided to try a challenge AGAIN that I had attempted and defeated back in December 2016 at one of their Florida locations. The famous 12-egg Iron Man Breakfast Omelet Challenge at the Costa Mesa, California location of The Broken Yolk Cafe. This challenge was featured on Man v. Food: San Diego many years ago. The omelet consisted of 12 fresh eggs with healthy onions, mushrooms, and cheese, topped with their delicious chili and more shredded cheese. I had 1 hour to finish but I was trying to beat my previous time, also finishing the 1lb of homefries and 2 giant biscuits that the challenge includes. BIG thanks to the Costa Mesa location s management and staff for the hospitality, and to all the people who came up to watch and meet me that July morning. That is all smothered with a special chili sauce and more cheese. The omelet is served with a huge pile of homefries and 2 large biscuits. There is a 1 hour time limit to finish everything. Winners receive the meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and spot on the location s Wall of Fame. This challenge was featured on Man v. Food: San Diego but now there are Broken Yolk Cafe locations around the United States, especially California. The challenge is available at all of them and the food is delicious!!
