We wanted to switch things up and have you join our workout for a changešŸ”„ This is a full body dumbbell workout that we do weekly to build strength, endurance, and burn A LOT of calories. This workout is a dumbbell complex made up of 7 exercises with an active rest: Push-ups Bent Over Rows Deadlift Curls Front Squats Shoulder Press Lunges Sit Ups [Active Rest] The goal of this workout is to complete this circuit as many times as you can within a 30 minute period. This is a great way to get in an efficient workout and test your overall strength and endurance. Be sure to do this workout at YOUR pace and take as much rest as you need between sets. When you finish the workout, make a note of how many sets you did and aim to beat it the next time you do the workout.
