In this workout we will work for 30 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 exercises for 3 rounds each with 15 seconds rest in between exercises. Each bootcamp circuit will involve a combo of exercises that target your whole body so be ready to work hard! I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells to my 30 pound dumbbells so grab your water and let s go! I also used my bench so grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together. The exercises: 1. Front Squats 2. Rows 3. Toe Taps 4. Deadlift 5. Shoulder Press 6. Hop Overs 7. Lunge right 8. Curl and Press Right 9. Side Plank March Right 10. Lunge left 11. Curl and Press Left 12. Side Plank March Left 13. Sumo Squat High Row 14. Lateral Agility over dumbbells 15. Renegade Rows 16.
