This workout consists of 25 exercises that we will perform for 45 seconds at a time and we will complete 1 rounds of each exercise. You will see me pushing you to challenge yourself in new variations of these strength exercises and working to get your heart rate up too! I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 20 pound dumbbells for this workout. I also used my bench and bosu for I am almost 24 weeks pregnant and I will be turning any supine exercises into an inclined exercise. Grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together! The exercises: 1. Squat and Curl 2. Forward Lunge and around the world 3. RDL and Row 4. Sumo Squat and Lateral Raise 5. Glute Bridge Pull Over 6. Reverse Lunge and Punch 7. Back squat pulse 8.
