Ready to work your best assets? Your glutes and shoulders are going to be rocking after this one! We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 30 seconds with 15 seconds of rest between each round. We will be operating in super sets so we will complete all 3 working sets for each exercise before we move on to the next superset. I want you to use 50-75% of your max weights for exercises and I want you to try and increase your intensity if you can. I will use my bench for split squats and my glute resistance bands so pull yours out if you have one! The Exercises: 1. Arnold Press 2. Bent Arm lift 3. Lateral Lunge 4. Step back bowtie squat 5. Front raise with 1 db 6. Alt Shoulder Press neutral Grip 7. RDL left 8. RDL right 9. Lateral Raises 10. Kneeling DB Bridge and Clam shell lift 11. Open close and press right arm 12. Split Squat Right 13. Open close and Press left arm 14. Split Squat left 15. Glute Bridges 16.
