We Damage A Toyota Tacoma TRD

We got a call for a Toyota Tacoma 4x4 TRD off-road, that was stuck on a super steep sand hill, and hung up on his rear hitch. We found the guy and took him up there, then found the truck. We decided to pull him backwards, due to the steep hill. We were trying to pull him back a little ways, only like a foot, but apparently there was a communication issue.... anyway we got him out. Then the Tacoma would not drive out of the sand! Matt was finally able to get the Toyota to not cut power, and climb up the sand hill. The customer was more than happy to be unstuck!
