EASY VEGAN MERINGUES

These are our easy, three ingredient meringues. They re totally vegan and super easy to make! Meringues can be a tricky thing to make vegan as we can t use egg whites. HOWEVER the magic of chickpea water is the perfect ingredient to make these light, fluffy meringues! Simply whisk these in a stand mixer and you ll get this amazing texture.
