We will perform strength moves for your legs, arms, abs, and total body for 3 rounds of 40 seconds of work and 20 second rest. I used my 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 50 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a goblet squat and something as light as a plank open up for yourself. GO CRUSH IT! Exercises: 1. Goblet Squat 2. Single Leg Squat Step out 3. Heel Lifted Squats 4. Curl and Press 5. Alternating Hang Snatch 6. Full Snatch with 2 push presses 7. Right side plank 8. Left Side Plank 9. Plank Open up and crunch down 10. Single arm Clean and Reverse Lunge 11.
