We re back with another AMRAP (as many reps as possible) workout which will help increase your strength and endurancešŸ”„ Instead of following us, we figured we give you all an opportunity to workout along with us just to see how well you can push your body to new limits! In this workout, you will cycle through 6 bodyweight exercises (2 lower, 2 upper, 2 core/abs) and do each exercise for reps in an ascending ladder. So you will start by doing each exercise for 1 rep, and then 2 reps, 3 reps...and so on. The goal is to reach as many reps per set as possible within a 15 minute time period. This is a great high intensity challenge that will help you assess how well your strength, speed and endurance is getting over time! Take a second to preview the workout, give it a try and let us know how many rounds you were able to complete in the comments!
