We are not experts and don t claim to be, please visit a vet when you suspect that your bird is suffering from feather plucking. In case your budgie is plucking its feathers aggressively, the vet will provide a collar for birds to prevent them being able to pick their feathers, but in case the vet didn t provide a collar, you can create one yourself using the bottom of a bottle, just melt the sides of the bottle so your bird doesn t get hurt from the sharp edges.
