40 Minute Full Body HIIT Bootcamp Workout | CRUSH - Day 5

Today is the first of 5 bootcamp workouts in the CRUSH program and you can expect to be working opposing muscles or parts of the body in this superset format. This workout consists of 12 exercises for 30 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 rounds of 30 seconds per exercise before moving on to the next superset. I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells to my 25 pound dumbbells so grab your water and let s go! I also used my bench so grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together! The exercises: 1. Sumo Front Squat 2. Kneeling Row 3. Staggered Deadlift 4. Chest Press 5. Jump Rope 6. Plank Open up and 2 side dips 7. Squat 2 pulses and 2 jump 8.
