The cheese sauce recipe. I have several mix of different cheese sauce depending on the flavor I m craving and this is one of them :). Step 1. In low to medium heat add 1 can (354ml) Evaporated Milk to a pot (***let the milk simmer first before adding the cheese) Step 2. add; 2/3 cup Gouda Cheese 2/3 cup Jalapeno Havarti Cheese 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Step 3. Once everything is all melted and incorporated, turn the heat off and stir in 1/4 cup of mozzarella before serving (add less or more depends on how much cheese pull you want). You can also add some finely diced jalapeño to give it a kick, I usually do this and it taste amazing :). TIP: for the lazy days or a quick fix. Grab some Tostitos Medium Salsa Con Queso dip, add some mozzarella cheese and heat it up. Taste just as delicious ;).
