We will perform strength moves for your glute and abs for 4 minutes performing 10 reps of each of the exercises in that work period AMRAP style or As Many Rounds As Possible! I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a glute bridge and something as light as straight leg lunges for yourself. GO CRUSH IT! Exercises: 1. Shoulder press alternating 2. Romanian deadlift 3. Lateral raise 4. Lateral lunge 5. Front raise sup and prone 6. Lateral banded squat walk 7. Rear delt fly 8. Weighted fire hydrants 9. Push press 10. Sumo RDL 11. Kneeling shoulder close press 12. Glute bridge 13. Kneeling Kickbacks 14.
