Let s work our lower body today in this epic burner of a glutes and legs workout! We are going to work in 30 seconds increments with 15 seconds rest and we will be rocking through 3 rounds of each exercise. I used mu glute band, my step up box, my kettlebell, and my slider (or sweat towel) for hamstring curls. I used my 15, 20, 25, and 35 pound dumbbells so grab weights that work for you in a heavy move like glute bridges and a lighter move like curtsy lunges or step ups. The exercises: 1. Band Squat to Sumo Squat 2. RDL 3. Curtsy Lunge to Lateral Lunge Left 4. KB Swing 5. Curtsy Lunge to Lateral Lunge Right 6. Lateral Step up Right 7. Lateral Step UP Left 8. Glute Bridges 9.
