I know what its like - especially as a woman in this industry (let alone on this planet). Sometimes we get so afraid of what people may think of us that we put up walls & bottle in our emotions. We hide & lie behind a smile. Doing this not only restricts our strength, but it also takes away our voice. At the end of the day, we are only human. And it is okay to speak up & seek help.
