Today, with just a few weeks to go until restaurants reopen, I decided to recreate another world famous food challenge right here in my kitchen. In this episode, I m knocking together my version of The Pigzilla Challenge from Papa Buck s BBQ, GA. This giant pulled pork sandwich was featured on the TV show Man V Food and consists of mounds of pulled pork, doused in bbq sauce and coleslaw, sandwiched in a huge bun. It s $50 to order, but if you eat it in 45 minutes it s on the house...not only that, you get a $100 prize too!
