Beaver Tail and Quail | Leather Axe Sheath

#beaver #wildedible #leatherwork For dinner, I cook fresh beaver tail and quail in cast iron over the fire on the wood stove and while it s cooking, I make a leather sheath for my small axe. The log cabin is quite warm with the fire burning and Cali, my golden retriever, spends most of her time outdoors.
