Giant Caribbean Jerk Chicken & Steak Rice Bowl Challenge w/ Funnel Cake!!

A&Z #1019 - professional eater Randy Santel vs Rolled or Bowled Giant Caribbean Jerk Chicken & Steak Rice Bowl Challenge w/ Funnel Cake hosted by Rolled or Bowled Food Truck inside The BackYard which is located in Forest, Virginia just outside of Lynchburg, VA. After finishing up with moving the rest of my stuff up to our new house in Milwaukee, Wisconsin I took a week off to get settled in. Then, @KatinaEatsKilos and I flew to Knoxville, Tennessee to kick off a week-long food challenge trip around eastern Tennessee, Virginia, and New Jersey. I wanted to attempt a few restaurant eating challenges before starting my 9-month dietetic internship in Milwaukee. We each attempted 7 different food challenges during the trip. For food challenge #4, Katina and I headed over to Forest, Virginia just outside of Lynchburg, VA so we each could help kick off and become the first 2 people to attempt the 6+lb Giant Rice Bowl Challenge w/ Funnel Cake hosted by our friend Jordan and his food truck Rolled or Bowled which is parked inside The BackYard which is an outdoor food truck park!!. Katina went first and then I had 1 hour to finish a 5lb giant Caribbean Jerk rice bowl with 1lb juicy steak, 1lb Caribbean Jerk chicken, seasoned tofu, 1lb of rice, and then lots of freshly diced mango, pineapple, black beans, and red peppers. For dessert, I got to feast on two 8" funnel cakes stacked and layered with powdered sugar. I was trying to become the 2nd person to win my $90 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and a spot on the Rolled or Bowled Wall of Fame!!
