It s day #17 of our 8-state 2018-2019 Southeast USA Winter Tour and for this food challenge I m with my friend Wayne Algenio at El Cerro Grande in Wilmington, North Carolina. We are each taking on their 7lb El Papi Grande Mexican Burrito Challenge, and trying to finish everything within the 1 hour time limit!! I was going for win #715 and we were each trying to beat the 12:48 time record held by our friend Dr. Ramsey "The Mantis" Hilton.
