Here we go for my FIRST FULL BODY KETTLEBELL WORKOUT here on my YouTube-Channel | 30 Min total The workout is for: *beginner (use lighter weight, for example a 6 or 8 kg KB) *and advanced (10 kg +) Warmup: 1 min jumping jacks 1 min airsquats 1 min windmill (change side after 30 sec) We will perform each of the following KB exercises for 30 seconds, followed immediately by 30 seconds kettlebell swings.Then rest for 30 seconds! Workout details: 30 sec ON 30 sec SUPERSET (always KB swings) 30 sec rest Rumanian DL Kneeling push press Goblet squats Bent over rows Curtsy lunges Wind mill one arm thrusters Cossack squats (alternating) Let me know which exercice do you like the most?
