On June 5, 2019, I began my 2019 Summer Adventures and stop #4 was Quincy, Illinois so I could take on The Mississippi Monster Burger Challenge w/ curly fries and a loaded baked potato at Red Light Bar & Grill located off Quincy, Illinois downtown square. I had 45 minutes to finish a 7-patty cheeseburger served with over 2lbs of hand-cut curly fries and a 1lb loaded baked potato. So many carbs!!
