We will perform strength moves for your legs, arms, abs, and total body for 3 rounds of 45 seconds of work and 15 second rest. I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a lunge and press and something as light as weighted jackknives for yourself. GO CRUSH IT! Exercises: 1. 2 Squats 2 presses right 2. 2 squats 2 presses left 3. Floor clean and Reverse lunge right 4. Floor clean and Reverse lunge left 5. 2 deadlifts 2 high rows right 6. 2 deadlifts 2 high rows left 7. Inchworm Plank Drop Down Hip tap x2 8. 3 slides 2 push ups 2 tuck jumps 9. snatch and 2 push presses right 10. snatch and 2 push presses left 11.
