I tried to go camping near a lake, but when I got there it was frozen, so I traveled down a few old logging roads until I found a beautiful forest of Red Pine. I parked my truck and hiked in with minimal gear in a small hidden woodsmen backpack for about a half hour, until I found a suitable camping spot for overnight. I build a natural shelter using bushcraft skills, cook up a steak on a tripod, and spend an amazing night winter camping in an unknown land.
