Cam Newton Benched For Not Wearing Tie, Earl Thomas Retires?
Subscribe ►► http://bit.ly/SubToFumble During the Panthers Sunday night game against the Seattle Seahawks, Cam Newton was benched by head coach Ron Rivera for disciplinary reasons (not wearing a tie). Derek Anderson filled in for Cam, and threw a pick, prompting critics of the benching decision, including Golden State Warriors guard Steph Curry to take to social media to vent their frustrations. The Panthers caught a beat down by the final score of 40-7, as they fall to a 4-8 record on the season. The Seattle Seahawks, however, did suffer a loss with an Earl Thomas injury that led the free safety to consider retirement, as he let his thoughts known on Twitter.
