Hey #teameverydaywarrior, I am back with a short INTENSE & STRONG TABATA Workout. 12 MIN fit perfectly anytime at any place (well, at the moment we all should stay home). workout details: + warm up first *no equipment *24 different exercises *20 sec ON, 10 sec OFF. This TABATA does not include a warm up. When I recorded this one, I actually recorded the 15 MIN ABS / CORE Workout rigth before. So you could combine them as well, if you like. Make sure to warm up yourself first. Remember: we all are different. Focus on yourself while working out and sweating with me. Performance over speed.
