After a short warm up we are starting slowly with two rounds of Prehab | Mobility Exercises. So please don t get fooled.😝 The Power Workout starts right away. This Workout is super creative, super fun and last but not least: 💯 effective! Conditioning - while targeting every muscle of our body. AMRAP Style is a kind of challenge which is supposed to bring out the best of every one. It s only you vs. you ! 🔥❤️ AMRAP in this case = as many ROUNDS as possible. That means we use a time cap of 3 MIN, and you are following the mentioned amount of reps of the certain exercises (3 different exercises in one AMRAP complex). And then you try to follow your own pace and try to accomplish as many rounds as possible. To accomplish as many rounds as possible its not about being as fast as possible only, its more about finding a pace which you can follow without losing your time and without losing your form. 🤗 We have improved since our last AMRAP, and this time you should have enough time to watch all three exercises carefully to memorize the performance.
