So, finally here we go: a NEW FULL BODY Workout with a resistance band (medium / level 2). Make sure to play with the grip, depending on the strength of your band, and your own strength. I vary also the entire workout and switch up the grips. Working with resitance bands can be so useful - especially if you don t have weights. We always take a bundle of bands with us while traveling for example. There are tons of different resistance bands available with varied resistance. Please try to play and change with hand positions to gain the best resistance in each exercise. The workout includes 16 different exercises.
