Julia Hartley-Brewer: Covid measures are a "warm up act" for climate change restrictions

Changes in behaviour are needed to tackle the climate emergency, the UK’s chief scientific adviser has warned at the Cop26 summit. Sir Patrick Vallance also said climate change will kill more people than Covid.
