Korean Mozzarella Corn Dogs Mukbang! Watch clips of my first cookbang with my bad acting skills. Please tell me what you think. I made mozzarella corn dogs and it was SOOOO delicious. Mozzarella Corn Dog Recipe: - Korean pancake mix (yeast included): https://amzn.to/2JlTZZg - panko crumb: https://amzn.to/2JmiZiW - wooden chopsticks: https://amzn.to/2NOk9ag - cup of warm water - mozzarella cheese - vegetable oil - white sugar - ketchup and mustard (optional) 1. Put pancake mix, yeast, and water and MIX! Once it is mixed, knead the dough until stretchy, while adding leftover pancake mix if it s too watery 2. Cut the mozzarella into chunks and stick it on the chopstick 3. Twist the dough around the mozzarella and make sure it covers the cheese 4. Heat vegetable oil on medium heat 5. While the oil heats up, cover the mozzarella sticks in panko crumbs 5. Once the oil starts bubbling around the pan, put the mozzarella corn dogs and cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown 6. Dip mozzarella corn dogs in the sugar and add ketchup & mustard if you want 7. ENJOY!
