8lb Mexican Feast Food Challenge w/ Torta, Diablo Burrito, & Fajitas!!

After finishing up my food challenges in Tennessee, I traveled to North Carolina where I attempted lots of delicious food challenges as part of my 2020 Southeast USA Tour. For event #2, I traveled to Boone, North Carolina where I was invited by my friends at Los Arcoiris Authentic Mexican Food to come in and enjoy some of their biggest and most popular menu times!! This was not an actual food challenge, and we filmed it like we did the 30 Dinner Is Served videos that we produced earlier this year to help small businesses around Southwest Missouri. I was given a one sitting time limit to finish 5 of their menu items plus a basket of chips and Chimi-Cheesecake dessert. I got one of their Pork Al Pastor Tortas, some fajitas, a Diablo Burrito, an incredible Piña Tropical, and a dish called Los Parillada. Thank you to the owners, management, and everyone with Los Arcoiris Authentic Mexican Food for all the wonderful food and hospitality, and to everyone who came that day to watch and meet me!! Served with beans, rice, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, tomato and tortillas. - Fajitas - Tender sliced beef or chicken cooked with bell peppers, and onions. Served with guacamole and fried beans - Piña Tropical - Half pineapple stuffed with grilled steak, chicken and shrimp, onions, peppers and tomatoes with melted cheese on top. Served with a side of rice or charro beans. - Burrito El Diablo - 12" Burrito with grilled chicken, steak, onions and jalapeños in our special chipotle sauce and chile de árbol salsa, topped with cheese sauce, red sauce and guacamole. - Torta Al Pastor - Grilled Mexican sub filled with pork al pastor, lettuce, mayo, beans, jalapenos, avocado, onions and tomato. - Dessert - Chimi-Cheesecake (so delicious!!)
