Pick up official Mythical Kitchen merch at https://mythical.com/collections/mythical-kitchen Join the Mythical Society: https://www.mythicalsociety.com Follow Mythical Kitchen: Instagram: https://instagram.com/mythicalkitchen Facebook: https://facebook.com/mythicalkitchen Mythical Chef Josh s Instagram: https://instagram.com/mythicalchefjosh Time Codes: --------------------- Nashville Nuggets - 0:45 Bagel - 6:22 Pizza Bagel - 11:15 Recipe: --------------------- Step 1: Nashville Hot Chicken(less) Nuggies Ingredients Nuggies * ½ package Simple Truth Emerge Chicken(less) Grind * 1 ½ cup flour * 2 tsp salt * ½ cup Simple Truth Plant-Based Ranch * ¼ cup water * 2 tsp hot sauce * 1 quart vegetable oil Nashville Hot Seasoning * 1 Tbsp cayenne * 1 Tbsp chipotle chile powder * 1 Tbsp brown sugar * 2 tsp smoked paprika * ½ tsp black pepper * ½ tsp garlic powder * ½ tsp onion powder * ½ cup vegetable oil 1) Heat your oil in a large saucepan until it reaches 325 degrees. 2) Whisk together flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together Simple Truth Plant-Based Ranch and hot sauce in another mixing bowl. Form your Simple Truth Emerge Chicken(less) Grind into small nuggets, approximately 1 inch in diameter. 3) Cover the nuggets in flour, then the hot sauce ranch mixture, then back into the flour. 4) Once all nuggets have been coated in flour, mix your Nashville hot spice. Add half the spice mixture to a medium mixing bowl with ¼ cup of vegetable oil and reserve the other half. 5) Fry nuggets in batches for 6 minutes, making sure not to overcrowd the pot. Remove with a slotted spoon then immediately toss into the bowl with oil and spices and toss to coat. Let drain on a baking rack and dist with some additional dry spice mixture. Repeat until all nuggets are fried. Step 2: Giant Bagel Ingredients * 1 ½ cups warm water * 3 tsp active dry yeast * 4 cups bread flour * 1 Tbsp sugar * 2 tsp salt * 1 tsp vegetable oil * 2 cups water * 2 Tbsp agave syrup * ¼ cup coconut oil * ½ cup everything bagel seasoning 1) In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk together warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow the yeast to bloom for 10 minutes until frothy. 2) Add the flour and salt and beat with a dough hook attachment on low speed for 4 minutes. 3) Dust a clean surface with additional flour and knead the dough for 5 minutes with your hands. 4) Grease down a large mixing bowl with oil then add your dough and cover it tightly with plastic wrap. Let rest in a warm environment for 2 hours, until roughly doubled in size. 5) Punch the dough down then form into a large ball. Flatten that ball into a disc, then use your hand to pierce a hole in the middle of the dough. Cover with a damp kitchen towel for 15 minutes. 6) Heat your oven to 375 degrees. Heat your water and agave syrup in a small sauce pot until it boils. Add your bagel dough to a large baking dish, then pour the agave syrup water over the top, and palace in the oven for 5 minutes. This will simulate boiling a normal bagel, whereas this bagel is too large to boil (lol). 7) Melt coconut oil in a small bowl. Remove the bagel from the oven, drain the liquid, then brush the dough down with coconut oil. 8) Cover in everything bagel seasoning then bake for 30 minutes. Remove at let cool for at least 30 more minutes. 9) Obviously you can skip this step and just use store-bought bagels and make normal pizza bagels! Those will still be very good! Step 3: Pizza Up That Bagel Ingredients * 1 giant bagel * 1 cup Simple Truth Plant-Based Buffalo Dip * 2 cups Simple Truth Non-Dairy Mozzarella Shreds * 1 portion Nashville hot plant-based nuggies * ½ cup pickled jalapeno rings * ½ thin sliced red onions * ½ cup Simple Truth Plant-Based Ranch Dressing 1) Preheat your broiler on low setting. 2) Slice your bagel in half, through the equator (c’mon, you’ve seen bagels). Schmear on Simple Truth Plant-Based Buffalo Dip then top with Simple Truth Non-Dairy Mozzarella Shreds, Nashville hot nuggies, pickled jalapenos, and red onion. Broil until cheese is melty and remove from the oven. 3) This step is extremely optional, but it is an option we highly recommend: Drizzle the whole dang thing with Simple Truth Plant-Based Ranch Dressing. 4) Slice and enjoy!
