Monster Mexican Burrito Challenge w/ Mozzarella Cheese!!

A&Z #945 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Eduardo s 6+lb Monster Mexican Burrito Challenge w/ Mozzarella Cheese at Eduardo s Lokos Tacos in Tavares, Florida which is northwest of Orlando, Florida. Katina and I decided to kick off our 2021 food challenge touring in Florida, and our February Florida Tour turned into a February & March Florida Tour!! I attempted lots of food challenges all over the state of Florida. For challenge #26, I traveled to Eduardo s Lokos Tacos in Tavares, Florida which is northwest of Orlando, Florida. I was hoping to become the 6th person to defeat Eduardo s 6+lb Monster Mexican Burrito Challenge. I had 30 minutes to finish lots of ground beef and chicken with Mexican rice, refried beans, and mozzarella cheese, all wrapped inside 2 large burrito tortillas, weighing in at 6lbs total. The burrito is topped with sauces and served with 2 scoops each of sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo. I was trying to win my $30 burrito meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and the 6th spot on Eduardo s Wall of Fame. You can do "half and half." - There is Mexican rice plus refried beans and mozzarella cheese, all inside 2 large tortillas. - Topped w/ sauces and served with 2 scoops each of pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream. - Winners receive the $30 Mexican burrito free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Wall of Fame.
