45 MIN POWER LIVE WORKOUT | With Weights | Circuit Style | Full Body and Core Focus
Hey Team #everydaywarrior ! Are you ready? We are having our very first LIVE Workout together. What an amazing time to start with those Live Sehs, as we just hit the 200K - thank you so much! 😍 This Workout will be a combination of Strength and Conditioning. For the first Circuit we will be using one DB (mine will be 9 kg for your reference). The second circuit will be focused on our ABS | Core while we will be using some lighter Dumbbells (mine will be 2x 6kg for your reference). As always: make every workout your own. So feel free to drop weights in between, to swap between different weights, to have more rest and to modify any exercises. I will be talking and guide you a little bit - give you some tips that way we can learn throughout the LIVE seshs and grow even more together as a team.
