Cinco de Mayo Mexican Food Challenge!!

Dinner is served everybody, and this episode #6 features a Cindo de Mayo Mexican Food Challenge with 7 different delicious menu items from La Paloma Mexican Grill!! I visited the Sunshine location of La Paloma Mexican Grill in Springfield, Missouri near where I live, and ordered 7 different items from their menu. La Paloma offers a wide selection of traditional Mexican food items on their menu, and I tried to pick something from almost every category on their menu to create a giant Mexican food feast in honor of Cinco de Mayo. It s served with lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, and rice. #3 La Paloma Enchiladas - Three corn tortillas filled with grilled chicken, rolled and topped with their six pepper cream sauce, sour cream, onions, and queso fresco. It is served with rice. #4 La Paloma Chimichanga - A flour tortilla stuffed with shredded beef, deep-fried to a golden-brown, topped with cheese sauce, and served with lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, rice, and beans. #5 La Paloma Fajitas - Steak, chicken, and shrimp all sauteed together with onions and red & green bell peppers, garnished with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo and served with rice, beans, and a few tortillas. #6 Tacos Al Pastor - Corn tortillas filled with grilled marinated pork, onions, and pineapple, served with cilantro, diced onions, and roasted salsa verde. #7 California Burrito - Flour tortilla stuffed with pork carnitas, beans, rice, lettuce, pico de gallo, slices of avocado, sour cream, and jalapenos.
