Village Inn s Breakfast Pancakes and Stuffed French Toast Challenge!!

A&Z #815 - Atlas vs Village Inn s Breakfast Pancakes and Stuffed French Toast Challenge at the 4th Street location of Village Inn Restaurant in St. Petersburg, Florida. Hey everybody!! Back in early December 2019 a few days after Thanksgiving, as part of my "4th Quarter 2019" Food Challenge Tour, I flew from the Atlanta, Georgia area down to Florida for some food challenge events all around the state. For challenge #5, I went up to the 4th Street location of Village Inn Restaurant in St. Petersburg, Florida. There are over 150 Village Inn locations nationwide, specializing in serving breakfast foods and delicious dessert pies. This challenge was only available at the St. Petersburg location as a special promotion during the month of December 2019. I took on the "Randy Santel" Breakfast Pancakes and Stuffed French Toast Challenge. There were three giant 12" pancakes, each topped with whipped cream and a different fruit - strawberries, blueberries, and apples. There were also 2 orders of Village Inn s newer Stuffed French Toast which were stuffed with marmalade and topped with healthy bananas and pecans. I had 30 minutes to finish everything in front of a big crowd, and was hoping to win my meal free and a sweet t-shirt. I was also hoping they would throw in a slice of holiday pie!! Thanks to Danny the franchisee and everyone with Village Inn Restaurant for the wonderful food and hospitality, and thanks to all the amazing people who came up to watch and meet me that evening!!
