Liam Chau, from High Grade Coffee in London, came to cook with us and showed us his favourite dish, feijoada. The flavours are deep, rich and smokey, it s a team favourite here at BOSH! HQ. The king oyster mushrooms give it an incredible meatiness, but you can use shiitake, oyster or portobello instead if you like. They re the perfect replacement for the meat you d find in a traditional feijoada recipe.
