YES it is! 💪 Read below to find out HOW! 😍 To achieve the best results possible (+1-2cm) I highly recommend you: 1) Follow the 3 week schedule provided in the video (try to train no more, or less). The schedule is written by an Exercise Physiologist (aka my partner 😅) and therefore includes the perfect training frequency for muscle growth! 2) Progress the weight you lift... (when I say weight, I mean your body weight 😉). To do this, start off by completing the entire workout (push-ups) on your knees, then over time as you get stronger (and the workout gets easier), you can try to complete part of the workout on your tiptoes. Eventually you may be able to complete the entire workout on your tiptoes, which would make you "superhuman" 💪😋💪 (Make sure to progress yourself SLOWLY to avoid overtraining and possible injuries) 3) Eat plenty of protein-rich meals, whether that be Protein Powder/Yoghurt, Oats (with Peanut Butter) or any type of Meat (if you re not vegetarian).
