I ve been reminded rather often lately that it s been some time since the last spicy challenge. So here we go...One 6.4 SHU bar of Instant Regret . There are no rules for completing this included in the bar packaging unlike other heat challenges I ve done, but judging by what I ve seen people seem to be eating two squares from the bar and attempting to last 5 minutes thereafter without refreshment. So that s what we re gonna do!
