Then dice the onion and garlic cloves and saute in a pan with olive oil and red pepper. Add your rice and broth and stir together. Place the lid on top and leave on medium heat until the water is absorbed. Stir thoroughly and remove from the heat. Chop up the cilantro and add on top of the rice, then squeeze the lime juice and mix everything together. This recipe makes four meals!
